You can buy it in a spray can from advance auto parts or autozone...make sure it says aircraft stripper though. That's the strong stuff. I only used one can.

Looks sweet. Now that you have had it done for a little bit is it holidng the shine ? I done something similar once to a wheel and once water got to it the shine went away. I was a constant up keep to keep it nice. Curious ??

I agree....Moar Pics pleeze. :-)

I want to do this to the can on my G37 now. I have the necessary tools, but I only want to do it if it holds up over time.

Does it still look nice? Did you clear coat it?

still working on it will post pics when its completed...all i can say is im starting to wish that i didnt start this but i'm sure it'll all be worth it when its done....i miss the look of the injen exhaust i just got rid of (deffinatly don't miss the sound) but as far as a DIY goes......the post written above explains it all minus intense sanding behind it....aircraft paint stripper works good, but still found myself with a grinding wheel goin at it and the 400,600,1000, 1500, 2000 grit sand paper and just keep sanding until you feel you've done enough...go insane, arm falls off...etc......now im working on buffing it out with Wizzard polish (which i'll post a pick of when i post the other pics....this stuff works awsome......especially on a/c lines undr the hood and anything else you want to shine) but ok back to work and take some pics....should have them up tonite! (car sounds bad a$$ with out the exhaust!)DOMO
