So the clifford alarm integrated nicely with the window mod from KP? That's pretty cool.

 

Please keep in mind that the KPtechnologies module is designed for OEM integration. It can be used with aftermarket alarms, but it actually will only complicate the install. On the G35 you only need an extended (-) trigger on the lock wire to raise the windows. So, if you have Aux channels of your alarm all you have to do is wire them to the lock/unlock wires and you'll have window up/down control.

I would be suspicious of any shop that charges over $20 to hook this up, and I am very suspicous of the 'windows raise when armed' feature, as that is NOT possible with the KPtech module. I wouldn't be suprised if the KPtech module is sitting in the installers toolbox right now!

Besides going up upon arm can you raise the windows in any other way?

 

I will try to close the windows with out arming tomorrow and post my findings.
