Where: Markham Park - Shelter #1 (Sunrise, FL)
When: June 11, 2005
Time: 10am - no later than 7:30pm


Shelter Details:
I just went today and checked out the two large shelters. Shelter #1 seats 80 people, has private parking, and is secluded from most of the park. There is about 40 paved parking spots plus a huge grass area that we are allowed to park on. Parking will NOT be an issue.

There is a water connection if you would like to arrive early to do any washing or detailing, but there is NO ELECTRICITY. If anyone has a battery operated sterio that would be great. We are not allowed to have "loud music" but we are soo secluded that we could play it loud enough for us all to hear and no one else would.

There is a volleyball court directly behind our shelter and area for horseshoes. Raquetball, pool, canoeing, boating, biking, etc. are all at the park but are on the other side or a good walk away. There is also a few big trees so plenty of shade for those that may not be directly under the shelter.


Food Details:
We are having the event catored by Sonny's. The meal will consist of:
BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Salads
Baked Beans
Coleslaw
Potato Salad
Corn on the Cob
& Rolls
We will charge $5 per person regardless of membership status.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED AT ANY FLORIDA G35 CLUB MEET!!!
