What the heck happened to the "Quote" option now?

I go to respond to someones post this morning and the "quote" option is now gone. . . First the sig's, now no quote option?

At the current rate we are going, I am concerned that by this time next week the "Post Reply" and "New Thread" options will also be removed.

That should cut down on the size of the post counts. . .
