Wind Deflectors - ruin the look?

Guys guick one I need settled for a friend. He is going to buy the Sunroof Wind Deflector for his wife White 2005 G35 Sedan. I am telling him not to because it will run the the lines of the car ... might as well put on a bug defeltor on the front ... he won't listen to me - and he is my parts guy, so I thought I would toss it out there ... should he or should he not! Back me up!

my wifes altime has one but my G sedan does not. My wife thinks it is nice and I think it deminishes the appearance of the car. Men are from Mars, women are from ?

All Gs from Warren Henry Infiniti come with the wind reflector. It looks hideous.

Discounting the fact that it is ugly as sin, it might get you another 3 HP from the reduced aerodynamic drag. This is a good performance alternative to adding anther sticker.

Ok then I think I will forward the post to him and see if that will convince him that it is the wrong thing to do to the G. But it is his wife's car .... she will have the last word.
