Not being smart, just answering your question. But, I guess I just don't understand how you think you could possibly get another license with your current one being suspended. Florida is going to make you clean up your NY license before they will even give you a learners permit.

 

hey I got a fail-safe plan for you...

Fly to your favorite European country, stay for a month or so (as to show residency) then get a license. Come back to florida and show them your european license and tell them you want an "American license"
