Did you make any changes to the tune for your new fuel pump?

I have been waiting for my A/F to be connected to the E-Manage so I could get a good graph. It's all in now and seems to be working well, but the A/F is still looking a little lean on the top end. I have already maxed out the injectors so I won't be able to get any more fuel unless I switch to bigger ones. I'm not sure why this would be happening because I have seen others getting over 400 hp with the 440s. My engine is a little different from the norm here because it is a very early 03 with the strange ECU plug.

Do you have a 440? I'm tuned at around 70F and my injector (440c) are around 80% Duty Cycle at 8psi. At weather below 32deg F, I have Utec add 17% Fuel just to compensate with the Colder Air to get my A/F in the low 11's and at 6psi and 6000rpm my injectors are already 100% Duty Cycle. I can still run at 8psi but I have to shift around 5500rpm. You are in Canada so I think in colder weather that you need a little bigger Injector to compensate with the drastic change in Temp.

I had 440s on it was running real lean. Maybe its different cos we're TT instead others have SC? GTM Upgraded me to 560cc Denso injectors. Any downside to go bigger injectors?? It doesnt cost much.

Do the Denso Injectors have the same connector as the 440s supplied with the Greddy kit? Where did you get them?

More like early summer!

Today it's ~50 and rain. It did go below 32 for a couple nights and killed a bunch of my plants in the back yard!

Sorry to highjack but what gauges (manufacturer) and where are they placed in you guys setup. My sedan is at Performance Factory right now and I was wondering what gauges I was going to install. I am thinking about the Autometer Nexus wideband, oil pressure and boost.

Right now I have the Zeitronix (A/F, boost and egt). I am taking that out in a month or so because I now have AutoMeter Nexus (A/F, boost, egt, oil press, fuel press and oil temp).

He said something cheap for now. I don't remember what it was.

I got his controller, oil press, fuel press and boost gauges then ordered the A/F, EGT and oil temp from one of the vendors because they beat every other price I could find. The A/F is on backorder for a at least a few weeks but I'll have the other two this week so I can get started on the 3-pod for above the ac/heater display. That will take me a while anyway.
