Jim Wolf TT or APS ST w/ Aps exhaust?

I am going through a dilemma right now because i contacted both vtr and Gt Motorsport, and each said they can get me 360-380whp, for the same price, its just that i dont know what to do. Gt Motorsport told me they would install the turbo, new spark plugs, and aps exhaust for 8000. VRT told me they would just install and tune the JWT TT and get me the same whp for the same price. WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Ok if it were me I would go that way. The JWT kit is the best kit on the market IMO.

the reason i went with a ST over a TT was cost and the fact I would never use the full potential a TT would have offered me.

given only the details you have given us, it's a no brainer. Given the dynos VRT has provided, the JWT gives you HUGE amounts of TQ at relatively low RPMs. If they can can get you that power at safe boost levels on a stock exhaust, stock cams, than JWT all the way. Just make sure the price includes everything you need for a safe tune and install.

I don't know about JWT, but the APS is a complete kit, with upgraded fuel pump, injectors, engine management, etc. Make for damn sure the VRT guys are giving you everything you need.

Best of luck.

VRT told me that a basic coupe JWT TT kit was $10k so you need to get that in writing!

I was also quoted "just under 10K" for the kit alone not including all the extras I want like gauges, clutch/flywheel, etc...

8K? I'd have done it already.
