But isn't that with Mrev+ you loose power on top? so since Vortech's power are all up in the higher RPM then will it just loose some of the power compared to stock plenum?

i believe for rev up motors but non rev nope. In any case, they both will increase hp/tq inside the curve where it counts the most.

This is true for NA but Vortech doesn't hit full boost until 4K since Mrev power on Revup die around 6K you're loosing power up top There was tread in MY350 that had to swap back the stock plenum because of the lose power. Anyways either way good thing I still have my stock plenum just in case

actually, the higher you rev a vortech, the more boost it makes. It's impeller speed is directly proportional (internal gear multiplier) to the engine rpm. Until you spin the vortech past its efficiency point, the boost is gonna climb......so in short - NO, the vortech does not make full boost at 4K rpm. It's going to make full boost at redline.

No. That was with the first generation of MREV.

You can see the dyno plots on the Motordyne website to see what it does NA.

There are many people who tested both revup and non revup plenums on their FI system. In all cases, the non revup plenum did MUCH better when FI.

Ok, so I have an 06 Coupe 5AT with the Vortech. Will the MREV 2 + 5/16 spacer be a good addition??? I would need a retune correct?

So the MREV2 is "non revup" lower plenum correct?

To be clear, the MREV2+spacer on a revup engine (05+) will have more gains using FI than a revup engine not using MREV2+spacer. Is this a correct statement?

The MREV2 is a modified nonrevup lower plenum.
Yes. I have not tested it FI personally, but there have been several users on MY350Z.com who reported significant gains with it.

It was also used by GTM when they built their 850+ HP TT Z.
