i believe for rev up motors but non rev nope. In any case, they both will increase hp/tq inside the curve where it counts the most.

actually, the higher you rev a vortech, the more boost it makes. It's impeller speed is directly proportional (internal gear multiplier) to the engine rpm. Until you spin the vortech past its efficiency point, the boost is gonna climb......so in short - NO, the vortech does not make full boost at 4K rpm. It's going to make full boost at redline.

You can see the dyno plots on the Motordyne website to see what it does NA.
There are many people who tested both revup and non revup plenums on their FI system. In all cases, the non revup plenum did MUCH better when FI.

To be clear, the MREV2+spacer on a revup engine (05+) will have more gains using FI than a revup engine not using MREV2+spacer. Is this a correct statement?

Yes. I have not tested it FI personally, but there have been several users on MY350Z.com who reported significant gains with it.
It was also used by GTM when they built their 850+ HP TT Z.
