When you tapped in you might have come close to cutting the ecu wires. When you cut out the SS box you moved these wires around. That might have been just enough to cause them to cut through. Cut each wire from the ecu and re connect them.

Also please dont use those connects they give you with the kit. Cut each wire and solder the SS wires in.

Sorry, I haven't gotten back to this thread. I had knee surgery on Thursday and have been stuck in bed. As soon as I get to moving around I will work on the car. I appreciate all of the help with this. BTW, I did soldier all of the connections after having trouble with the ss box previously. The installer was supposed to, but didn't.

These are the signals from sensors to ECU that are normally intercepted by the SS box, reconnecting them will pass the signals through again.

Thanks for everyone's help. After doing the above she started after a few turns.
