Stillen is always trying to cut costs, so they changed the SC intercooler reservoir from an aluminum unit to a less expensive cast ABS type plastic. Haven't seen a problem with it though, it just looks a little cheesier.

I don't know wether or not the injen CAI is overly loud on this kit cause I have not point of reference but it sounds pretty damn good to me

I think I might loosen the top belt more since it looks like everyone is telling me it is too tight

the injen is the loudest out there cause i had it and it was way to loud for me.i put a jwt popcharger on and cut down the noise level to about half.

Yeah, I figure w/ the long tube on the Injen, it probably just resonates the sound.

OK so last night I couldn't go to sleep after work so around midnight I had the front end up on jack stands and tightend the main belt, now I have not had it squeal once since, it has been warm all day, but i think I got it

I had an issue with that one when it was first replaced but after the next tightening it was fine. Very annoying but that is true with most belts.

Next time consider getting Goodyear Gatorback belts. I never even had to re-tighten the ones I put on my car with the TT.

Tim, TT kits do not put a strain on the cars pulley system like the supercharger systems do, that is why most of the time (at one time or another) all the cars belts (OEM or not) will have some sort of issue when a SC is being used, and no belt issues realy at all when turboed.
