I can see how twins would be a cool setup. Twins turbos, twin intercoolers, twin BOVs, twin intakes. Not sure about pressure equalization, but should be possible. I hope they figure something out, because twins are on my future drawing board for the G37. I can see how superchargers could be a more difficult setup. Roots should be ok though cause you could keep the same intake configuration if hood clearance isn't an issue. With a snail blower though, it will need to dump into a y pipe or something.

500whp is a recipe for a big boom. Even on the HR, I would never exceed 425-450whp, unless you have separate funds set aside for a motor build.

Then again, you could probably start swapping out parts but that's just gonna add to the cost of the whole thing.
the internals aren't that much lighter, the turbos run at 10psi, and the stock block is rated up to 600 hp, so i've been told. i mean, they ran it (the 350z)up to 476 at the wheels with no engine mods. that's more than enough for me.
and as for engine parts, pistons and rods would prob cost about $2000, so if you're spending the money on the turbos, chances are you can afford to upgrade these too. cosworth makes them, so they are quality.
