[QUOTE=Hexxum001]Any place but the A pillar makes it really difficult to monitor your gauges.
Not really, I working on a plan to get my gauges mounted where the nav goes
at the top of my console.....it's at eye level and easy to read....perfect! I
saw a G35 in N.Ca. with gauges mounted in this area but the shop wouldn't
make me a pod so I'll do it myself ......!

Search on G352NV, he made a 3 pod which goes right there and also the one mentioned earlier where they moved the emergency button and placed 2-3 gauges down there.Originally Posted by Hexxum001

In the pics it looks like you can't see/read them too well, but they worked out great and very easy to read.

Funny you mention it John. We just finished up a car for a customer and this is where we put his gauges. The gaugea are there when the lid is up and when you want them consealed or out of the way just close it.

That...is PERFECT!!!!! Gonna steal that when I go FI!! I just wanted to see how it would look. I've been toying around with the idea of having the guages on the cover...but I didn't know how to hide 'em when the cover goes down.
Is there anything important behind the cover??
