The 5AT is rated at a maximum torque of 333 lb/ft at the input shaft.................watch out with Nitrous as the torque production increases as rpm decrease due to the Nitrous representing a high % of air flow.
While a 125 hp jet is only 110 pound feet at 6000 rpm it can be 220 lb/ft at 3,000 rpm.
If transmission longevity is material I would limit things to a 75 HP jet depending upon how many Nitrous runs you want to make before transmission failure.

I know there are a number of guys going with 100-125 shot kits but I would not go above 75 unless you get one of the gradual spray kits so you don't get that huge rush all at once.
[QUOTE=minus500]There is a general rule that you can safely spray up to 50% of the stock engines rated hp. So with 260 stock, theoretically you could spray a 125 shot and be okay. I believe the previous owner on my G started with a 75 shot and worked up to a 125 shot with the Maximizer and was very pleased. This was on an 03' 5AT as well. You'll definitely need to tune fuel and timing accordingly or else it's likely kaboom! Are you planing to use a wet or dry system?[/QUOTE
Ill be running a wet shot. Teh guy that had it before me had it set up for a 75 or 100 shot. Now striaght off the break is that ok.

I think your good there. Like I said, the original owner started at 75 and went to 125 with no problems. I do think you should get something like the Maximizer for total control.
Also, theres turbo guys running over 300whp on these things bone stock with no issue. Additionally, turbos will make way more torque than nitrous will so, this will be okay. Just make sure your tune is good or you'll be buying a shortblock.
