All i can recomend is to check the tension in the belt, make sure the belt isnt rubbing against anything, if the procharger has an idler make sure its not moving back and forth, tighten everything... im sure you gone throw all these steps, it doesnt sound like the belt is rubbing against anything......good luck

It could be a number of things -belt tension, internal gear backlash or lubrication issue. Listening to the video, it sounded more like a lubrication issue. The C-2 charger has an internal oil pump (aeration type) that delivers oil mist to the chargers bearings/gears and it requires only 3 oz. of oil. Contact Procharger tech service dept. (913-338-3086) before you crank it up again. Goodluck and hope its only something minor. No matter what, you have a 1 year warranty.

You're right ....there is a metalic clanking from the supercharger. It almost sounds like there is something loose that is laying against the motor or blower assembly. I have heard other ATI blower videos and they do not have that metallic sound...just the whistle.

Make sure there is not to much tension on the belts.
You should have about 1/4" play in the middle section of the belt (1/4" when moving the belt up and down)
You can also spray some WD40 on the belts when its running. Just a bit to lub them up.
Good luck. Doesnt sound to right though.
