lots of tidbits in that link... $6500 expected price for a complete kit, including IC, HKS FCON derivation, etc. i guess that's not THAT bad, but still, a LOT more than a vortech or stillen. they are estimating 30-50hp and 40-60lbft tq. ah also the complete kit is pending CARB cert!

30-50 hp doesn't sound like much at the crank or at the wheels. How does that fit with the 365 hp (30% increase) claimed in the last SportCompact article?

Still thats as much as a JWT TT kit....and less power.
I would guess that the HKS would be 7k including install. I'd pay more for this than a vortech or stillen because the HKS kits are known for great quality. I'd get a JWT TT if I had a choice, and had a tuner around that I was comfortable getting it installed. But isn't that about 10k including install, but not including tune? Not to mention everyone says.. always add at least 3 to 5k more when you get a turbo setup because of unforseen issues.

Typo? 30-50hp doesn't sound right, and definitely isn't worth 6+ grand.

Which is good if you have an authorized installer near you, but the article didn't state that price included install, me thinks that price is without install. New kit prices always come to market with a high price point and then tend to come down some.

I guess we won't have concrete info until it is actually in retailers hands
