Homemade fuel return system

Does the return line have to be high pressure resistant? Anyone know the parts and fittings needed?

I've been researching the same thing the past 2 weeks. I got everything except the fitting I need to bypass the stock fuel pressure regulator. Another option is do to what "overzealous" on my350z did. here is the post i'm talking about http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158283

D-tuned, the regulator bypass is like a straight through piece, just find some ss hardware that fits and can hook up with the AN lines... you know, cuz you'll be using a new fpr up by the rails anyways....

But yeah, that's a good thread, everything you need and then some is mentioned in there....

You don't need a fuel return until you go for 8+psi boost and 450+whp. If you are going that far I would just get a proven kit with better rails and everything for ~$1k.

I want to put together my own kit to do the same thing for hundreds less. I'm running the 3.12 Vortech pulley.
