Forced Induction Discussion of turbos , superchargers , and nitrous upgrades on the G35

Is the G inherently slow... even at 400WHP?

Yeah, I can't figure out how to cut good 60' times with these DRs. All the other DR guys were cutting 1.5-1.7 60' times....just like that Z did in the video. But when I raced the other 2 TN Zs, my 4th gear would pull all of them. It was nice showing those Zs how it was done.

You got used to it is what's up. I used to have a 300whp wrx, and its seemed so fast at first, being awd. After awhile it started to seem slow and I actually thought something was wrong with it, but I took it to the track. Try 700whp????

1. pull the fuse
2. turn vdc off.. crank the wheel to one side and drop the clutch.. after you spin out ur slip light should come up.. that'll let you do a burn out. (easiest way to get the slip to come on)
3. put a switch on the yaw sensor wire (inside center console)

G35
Vortech 398whp

I've been boosted for a while now and obviously it was a rocket after the tune.

Now I'm used to it and its.... well... mehhh.

Im finding myself in some very close matches with vehicles I wouldn't normally worry about. (Reason for this search & post)

It's a somewhat heavy car as mentioned above. 1st is way to short and traction is a b***h.

Traction contol bites pretty hard and it's a dog off the line. My buddy has a S4 and smokes me off the line big time.

Highway pulls are where it's at for me.

At the track I run high 12's to low 13's. (With 285/30/20's Nitto Invos out back)

Kinda disappointed with it now honeslty... lol!

Figured I'd share.
