Just saw this thread. Sorry about your car, Hexx. I have done my fair share of dealing with these Vortech units, although they are not my favorite form of FI for these cars, I have NEVER seen a bad SC itself, not right away anyway (kinda makes me wonder)

Thanks Scott. It's all good. I'm not sure what happened with the Vortech but it is being taken care of so it's all good. A few people that have purchased Vortech's recently are having this issue (a bad batch of SC's maybe 
). Kinda makes me wonder too. But as long as the issue gets fixed, that's all I care about right now.
