Electric Supercharger???

I just found this site

http://www.electricchargers.com/faq.htm#dyno

Anyone know anything about them?

$100 for 20-30 hp sounds like good bang for buck

This has been discussed hundreds of times. It is complete BS and starves your engine of air. If you search you'll come up with all the hits for this crap.

THIS is the only design that ever worked, but it's big and heavy and you have to add a lot of charging capacity to your car.

The most efficient belt driven supercharger consumes 15-25 HP providing 5 psi of boost on a smaller displacement engine.

An electric motor driven supercharger could do the same thing just that it needs 1kw per HP..............thats 80 amperes @ 12volts per HP.

Running 15 starters simultaneously.
