APS is not worth the risk because of their poor customer service - plenty of good options to make any kit safe these days - all depends on installer and tuner.

JWT TT 700bb is a nice kit with ball bearing turbos, but I cannot fault the Greddy and their power potential even with their older turbo design.

All kits are prone to more maintenance, increased wear and tear, and part failure. Customer service is everything. With APS you may get work done under warranty if a part fails, but your car is going to be out of commission for a long, long time. I highly recommend talking to your installer/builder/tuner and go with what *they* recommend if you are undecided between two kits because they will be the ones supporting you after the sale.

As far as I see it in regards to the APS kit only, the only thing which may go wrong under warranty are the turbos which I have not seen that many complaints with, now after the warranty is over if you have issues with the turbos just upgrade the cartridges like I did, 1 week turnaround time ain't bad and I went larger GT2871R off the shelf item.

Missed this year due to breaking in the engine and as the sig says I am heading down to GTM to turn up the boost now that I have done 4000 miles.

Next year I will be heading to the track.

Who did the work for you? price?

I have been looking to do the same thing but can't find anyone to do the GT2871R centers.

Sam sent the turbos out but I forgot who to, just PM him. Price was 1200 per turbo Both my turbo seals had gone so I needed the job done.

617G not sure what car you have but mine is an auto so power levels will never be the same unless yours is an 5AT also

Actually I called Sam today and it looks like I will be going down to the shop on December 14th.

LOL yeah that would be nice to see, right now I have issues with traction at take off which is no surprise but I'm trying to figure out what will happen if I take it to the track and turn off the TC and try and floor it...I am sure I am going to go sideways even more.

Probably going to have to purchase some DR's for the rear and hope for the best.
