Smile Who Has the Most HP and Can Still Pass Smog?

Who on the board is putting down the most power to the wheels and can still pass a smog test without going the shady route? What's the most "smog legal" power I can get from a Rev-up VQ (if not CARB legal, then at least stealthy enough for smog testing places not to notice)? I assume the Vortech supercharger is an essential starting point. What other mods would complement a supercharger?

Well at least in Texas I think I'll have no problems passing my inspection with the JWT tt. The way the kit is set up everything is recirculated, and I'm not throwing any codes. I also have the stock cats in place. Of course inspections differ from state to state...

I just did emissions with Crawford Cats, Vortech and some other mods, car passed clean, not really a visual inspection here unless you can't pass the sniffer.

When you say thanks to Cipher, is that because you used it to clear any codes or how exactly? I'm thinking of slapping on some test pipes..
