stillen or vortech- still have ?

mileage
how many miles on that vortech? issues? I have about 52,000 miles on my car and want to do this upgrade. I think it is up in mileage-but can still handle the supercharger with the mileage I currently have.
I currently run regulare castrol gtx 5w/30 in the car- supposedly that is what it has always had in it (bought used) but have been thinking of switching to synthetic. does the SC like one oil over the other for longevity?

In my opinion stay away from the stillen because for the cost there is a lot more power to be had.I bought the stillen in august of 2003 cause the only other choices were the ati and greddy twins and they blew a lot of engines. It was all because nobody new enough about how to tune the vq back then.So i decided to play it safe and bought the stillen........went from stage 1 up to stage 4 and the only real problems were having to tighten the belts a lot and replaceing the small s/c belt a lot.
I have the greddy twins now and am not looking back......i do miss that stillen scream though.
