where is the best place to get an oil filter spacer? I need one that allows me to screw my oil pressure sensor into it. I've tried the search already.

 

most people get sandwich plates from www.summitracing.com.

Or, lookup the "oil cooler DIY" on my350z.com. They list a bunch of plates to get sandwich plates.

Second. . .doesn't the oil pressure sensor go inline with the sender somewhere? (I just don't know. ) I need to get a oil pressure gauge too. . .

 

My guage came with a sensor that needs to be "T"d in, it mentioned that I could just replace the stock one, but I don't want any warning lights or errors going off. I will be installing a turbo supply line by T'ing into where the stock sensor is. I just don't want all those fittings in one spot, so I think i should just get the filter spacer and use the holes that come with that, reducing the amount of T's that I will need (hopefully less chance of leaks).

 

How do I tell which one from JC whitney will fit my G?, does anyone already have one?

 

Some of you might laugh, but i made my own. I went to the local hardware store and bought a couple fittings and made a "T". It doesn't leak at all, and works just fine. The best thing, it cost me about 2 bucks total!

I've done some looking around, but no real good answers, which oil filter for FI application? I'm planning on using Mobil 1 0W-40 oil.
