TBG- Nice numbers, I assume thats for stage 1 at about 330 hp?

What kind of monitoring did you go with? Did you do any radiator or oil cooler or any other peripherals?

Yes, Stage 1 on a 6mt and I must say that I'm loving every minute of it. I took my kid to a pumpkin patch on sunday and had fun on a totally clear freeway interchange. We went throught the turn at the prescribed 40mph and had just open road for the next 1/4" mile or so off we went up to 75ish (really, thats the speed limit in Cali ... ). The car just took off like thats exactly what it was waiting for.

My smile from ear to ear was only over come by the insane giggling and laughing from my kid who kept saying, "more?". Talk about peer pressure.

As for driving aspects, the thing must weigh a ton as my whole car and steering feel different but that could also be because I went back to stock pulleys. My idle is a bit low and rough at 500-600rpm and the A/F seems to be all over the place at idle (13.5-15) but evens out under throttle. I was told that it would even out overall as I drive it more. The ECU had also been flashed by TechnoSquare for my old mods, so a reflash was recommended as well. I'm really glad I have Brembos as the car definitely seems a little more difficult to stop. Overall though, I couldn't be happier. 335hp is just right for me (for now ..) and I am having a blast.

Innovat XD-16. It just spits a bunch of numbers at me that I usually wonder about. The joys of the learning curve. The thing only scares me if I choose to coast any. The engine sounds fine and the A/f is up off the charts. No funny smells or sounds (that I can tell) so I figure keep driving and be very aware. No oil, coolant or any other liquids underneath at this time so I'll try and hit TS after I get it back from the body shop next weekend or so.

So you're going to reflash it back to stock? Is there a reason why you didn't get the GTM spec reflash?

haha. no. TS will reflash and adjust accordingly for the removal of the old mods and the addition of a SC. The reason I didnt go with GTM's reflash? I had already been to TS before and their return customer service price for a reflash is nice. I am very thankful to GTM, though for the awesome job they did in putting it together and getting it to me with no problems. I know its rare for shops but I actually got it when promised.

I ask because I have an osiris flash, which starts up on the stock maps. I'm guessing that means I don't have to do anything except not switch maps and I can leave it.

I have no knowledge of Osiris but it sounds like it would be fine. I couldn't even tell you if the 2 compare in anyway. I'm not far from TS so I actually just scheduled an appointment and took it in (much better than sending it in). I know they removed the speed limiter and raised the rev limiter. I believe they adjusted some tables to take advantage of my mods back then. My butt dyno said it helped but my butt is fat so I dont really believe in its accuracy that much.

So does your statement mean your getting an HKS SC as well?

good looking dyno. Thats some serious boost nice and early.

I would think that your boost should never drop nor flatten out, unless you have a bypass valve that cracks open after 10 psi. The vortech one doesnt open til after 18psi i think.

What does GTM say about that?

Could my Cosworth plenum still be leaking? Could the S/C belt be slipping at high rpm?

I'm hoping I can visit the local dynojet to see if I am making the power I should be with the kit I have.

That is the plan. I would have done it already, but my new job has a 6 month probation rather than the standard 3 month. I'm doing fine but thats not a chance that I take. I'm in the middle of month 4 right now =).

What was your baseline before installing the HKS kit? Just wondering how much power you've gained overall.
I went to the dynojet where I dynod before with my NA mods.

Here is a graph comparing the two:

119 whp gain
156 ft-lbs torque gain

^ Nice, but why is your torque so low...And nice numbers on the hp. You can see my sig and see how much I'm running on a dynojet, but damnn why is your torque so low?

I think you're getting the colors mixed up. Thats how I read it the first time too. I believe he has it so the two reds are the old reading and the two blues are the new reading.

The blue lines are the SC run, the red lines are the past bolt-on run.

best SC run was:
389 whp
399 ft-lbs---I think that is a good amount of torque
