I think the sandwich plate that they give to you does not, but mine is not the one they included.

The shroud is NOT universal. The Mishimoto 350Z radiator CAN fit, but some fabbing is required. There's actually a full thread on Mishimoto on here, somewhere. As far as the differences between the 350Z vs. G35 radiator, the G35 one mounts correctly and is thicker. According to Mishimoto, I believe it is a drop in application for us 6MT guys. I'll probably be going with the G35 Mishimoto radiator and their dual 14" universal fans (low profile). I believe that combination will still provide more clearance between the fans and pulleys (I'm soon going to be running a Vortech kit).
