Utech ok on a 06 rv-up ?

Im thinking of buying a prochrager kit,

Not sure what to do for fuel management. was thinking utech.

But then my z buddie said u tech wont work on the rev up and ill have to keep gettign ecu reflashes.....

Im good with cars but kinda cluelesswhen it comes to tunning.

Only tunning ive ever done is with a safc-II and a wideband......

any recomendations?

i have a 06 revup and a utec and it works great.. your buddy doesnt know what hes talking about..
