Everything is good quality parts. No BS rice burner crap parts. The only thing I can assume is the UTEC is tuned wrong. Also, it currently has an Aeromotive Fuel pump controller (because of no return system) I was also told that once I replace that with the fuel return system it will be easier to tune.

Don't waste your time/money on a fuel return system right now. They're only needed for 400whp+. I know of a 750whp Z with no fuel return system. Are you on the stock fuel pump? Go get a Walboro 255 pump, that might be the problem. I don't know what the stock pump is capable of. What turbo kit are you running?

Hydro, where are you from?

Also, is your car AWD? Do you have dyno/boost/afr graphs available for us to look at?

We all wanna help

Im from Iowa, and I already spent the money on the fuel return system - im looking for good reliability. I have no leaks that I can tell. I know at WOT im hitting 10 lbs of boost (Defi boost gauge) and I average 14.5 A/F (AEM wideband). And, I already have the 255 walpro installed.

wait... so you were tuned at 6psi, but you're hitting 10 now?

Looks like you may be having some serious boost creep issues; 14.5 AFR is way way WAY too lean at WOT. 11.5ish would be a lot safer... your AFR might be way out of whack from the extra boost your fuel system is not expecting.

I suggest you don't do any WOTing until you get this looked into further if you're 14.5 at WOT...

Dynos/graphs please!

*edit*

I just noticed you have 19x13 rims... that will DEFINATELY eat into the whp if youre on a roller dyno.

You will have to excuse my lack of knowledge on the tuning side of modifications.

Ok, the first tuning they said I was hitting 6 lbs boost, and they turned the timing wayyy down. It runs pretty rich actually, because my tailpipes are covered in soot, and they accounted for that on the first tune. know that ever since I got the car, it would go to 6 when I throttle it, but WOT would go to 10. I have a Greddy Profec S, but all of its settings are on MIN, and its never on. Im going to get some info from them when I get it back - hopefully they get all the bugs worked out. I will post the dyno sheet then too.

Based on what you're telling me, the tuner said you're at 6psi and rich, but your gauges are showing 10psi and ULTRA lean...

I'd say time to get a new tuner... or get your car checked out, cuz what you're telling us doesn't add up.

I havn't heard of your tuner, but I don't live out in Iowa either. Do they have any significant amount of experience with the VQ?

Sounds like the tuner is def the problem. With that setup and some new injectors u should be around 400. There is no need for a fuel return yet. I would be curious to see your data log, that is crazy that your tuner only tuned it to 6psi and you hit 10. Sounds like you tuner does not have much experience in VQ or the utec.

gawd I hope its not the tuner - im kinda limited on tuner choices in iowa - everyone is 3-4 hours away. Oh well, i will let you all know the outcome. If it comes back with less than 350 hp, I may need some good references to some midwest tuners. Thanks for the help guys.
