Boostcrzy aka jack (the "tuner") really seems to be shooting his shop in the foot.

I really do feel bad for roger, I know he's been in business for a long time and I really can't say enough about him. I hope he grabs the reigns on this and reels in jack/otheroger

heres your last Dyno run....i hate having to defend myself...but in this case...youre asking me to.

as you can clearly see....the A/F ratio WAS conservative...but nowhere NEAR 10.0 ....i saw 10.7 briefly in the transition..and then settling in at 11.7....you be the judge....




....I dont like using customer's on-board widebands.....for this reason exactly....these discrepancies can mean the difference between a blown motor and a happy ending....i trust my wideband.

 

That's my point exactly. Maybe you should tell one of the owners of the company the issue before you embarrass your self and your company any more.

Not that I really care. I might consider going back if roger did the tunning... Since I already paid for it and everything...

how in this ****ing world does a g35 with a vortech make 301 whp? with a 3.12 pulley, but you, somehow managed to max it out at 6 pounds.

thats ****ing patheic. my car had a SERIOUS problem, and you FAILED to realize it. when it should have been CLEARLY noticeable during tuning. you, my friend, suck.

i just couldnt believe what i was reading.....Eric has always been a good customer.....it just caught me off gaurd... ...i hope you understand....the truth will be told...no worries....sorry for looking like a "tool"....i just cant help myself sometimes.

 

If I've always been a good customer why the hell was I treated so poorly when I nicely and calmly brought up a concern???

10.7 in the 'transition'.. So just having a bad A:F ratio in the middle of my powerband (and you can see the drop in torque and HP) is normal is what your saying?

Maybe that's right- I don't know.. I wasn't even given the time of day buy otheroger so here we are.


EDIT: I'd love to see Michael Field's dyno sheet too.

I think it's funny I still haven't gotten a call from the shop trying to resolve this?

 

sorry to hear about the car problems. this is no defense to japtricks, but my innovate wb reads around a point richer than it does on a autranic wb(+$2000). so a 10.5 on my widebands a 11.5 on the 10x more expensive machine. BUT customer service is key and japtricks should deal wit this in a mature matter(and to your satisfaction), and you should not blast a company's name-its there livelyhood. we have all had issues with shops, its sad when it needs to come to this.
