1. Could not get the engine up to the right RPM level; or
2. You had a leak somewhere between the supercharger and the intake ports.
So which was it?

1. japtrix tuned it, so ask them.
2. neither. my blower had a serious problem that the tuner failed to realize.

Looks like the tranny is having issues in the 1st vid. Could be the way it's being driven, can't see the feet. Sounds like some slippage in some pulls/shifts. At the drag strip.... holy black smoke batman!
2nd vid at 1:05, looks like they forgot where the redline was :P

thank god i went to PF for my turbo install...crack pipes in response to a customer complaint...man even if the dude is wrong how can you call yourself a professional with a response like that... people like me is what you will be losing everyday when peple do research on your company like i did.
Basically what I see for your business is 4-5 customers in South Florida you have lost not to mention the unlimited amount of others out there.

Consumers can get stupid as hell sometimes and sometimes there is nothing you can do to make them happy even if you give them the world but, as a business you still have to conduct youself accordingly.
BTW, this is not in defense of the OP. I think there is something wrong with the fact that you waited 6 months to have you car checked out with your bad tune...umm explain that
