What can I expect with this setup?

Hello all, this is my first post. I am looking at buying an 04 G35 coupe. The car already has some aftermarket performance mods. I was just wondering what kind of numbers I can expect? Any help would be appreciated!

Current mods...
Vortech Centrifugal Supercharger-Polished
Vortech BOV,FMU, Fuel Pump
Spearco Intercooler
DC Sports Stainless Steel Headers
Crawford Plenum - Polished
NGK Platinum Plugs
Unorthodox Racing Underdrive Pulleys
Random Technologies Y-Pipe
Random Technologies High Flow Catalytic Converters
Invidia TI Exhaust

I am not sure what size plenum, pulleys or fuel pump. I know there are a lot of variables but I was just curious.

thanks again,
will

Thanks man. I am still gathering all the details. The car is a 6MT boost is 8-12 psi depending on RPM. The car and supercharger are in great condition with less than 13K miles on the car.

with a stock pulley you will not make 12psi . You can expect 6 to 8psi and 300 to 380whp depending on the dyno

If these are like the ones I'm familiar with, take them off and put the originals on. After a recent talk with Sam@GTM, these will only hurt your boost strength.

Secondly, and this is just from stories posted, got a dependable tuner in your area? If not or you dont know, check the forums and find one then take the car your going to buy to them. Dealer shouldnt have any problem with it but if he does, walk away because he doesnt want you to find something.

This is going to be a bit of a generalization but no one on the forums that got boost every came back and said they'd had such a blast driving like a grandma. Some will have actually taken care of the system while others will have driven it into the ground. Have which ever tuner you choose, look into everything between the front and rear bumper. This could cost some dough ..... not as much if something goes wrong 2 weeks later.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Any other questions I should ask the seller? The car is not a dealer car and from everything I can gather has been babied since the day it was purchased. Less than 13K miles on an '04 is practically brand new. I am not local to the seller so I am trying to learn as much about it before pulling the trigger... hence the research.

This is the car I am looking at if anybody knows anything about it.

thanks again,
will

Thanks man. That is what I figured... I have been researching the car and it seems like everything is put together very well and everything is very well maintained. I do not need it to be super fast, I just want it to be reliable. If all goes well I should be a new G owner and I am very excited!

I have been reading a bunch of stuff in the forums, thanks again for all of the help.

I figured somebody would recognize it. With that kind of background, the owner will probably have all the receipts and workorders as for who has done what, etc. so try and get those. If your buying directly from him, how far away is he from you? Maybe you both can hook up at a shop in between or (if its not too far) drive over to "kick the tires" as it were and if you can set it up, schedule that tire kicking at his tuner and setup a dyno run just to confirm everything.

It sounds like you're buying into a great car but me, I'd still want to be sure everything is safe

.......then I'd have all those damn stickers taken off even if it would cost me 150hp. ....

Unfortunately he lives pretty far from me. I will have to fly out to him and pick up the car so I am putting a lot of trust in him lol (kinda scary these days). He seems to be very knowledgeable about everything and from what I gather the car is in FANTASTIC condition. I have been reading through all the links provided and others and the setup seems to be pretty reliable. That is what I need for now, I can worry about going faster once I get back from Iraq.

oh yea, the stickers have already been removed.

It is still in the condition it was in when it was on the show circuit (minus the stickers). After retiring the car it has basically been sitting in his garage, rarely driven. I was looking for a used G and I was very excited to come across this car. It already has some very quality parts on it and it has low mileage! I am hoping to fly out and pick it up next weekend.
