Lol. The engine is not the only thing to worry about. 5AT's go bad on stock power when people drive them hard... sure, the Stillen won't add much over 300-320whp, but that is 70ish-whp over stock... more then enough to cause issues with the cardboard clutch packs.
The dealer knows what the accelleration is like? That's because just about every salesman and porter has ran the **** out of it, not to mention if anyone has wanted a test drive (trust me, I watched it all the time at the dealer I worked at- trade-in modded cars went through HELL with no maintance at all while they sat on the lot).
I also get a little weery when they can't even spell "INFINITI" correctly. The car has been out since '03, there is no excuse as to why people can't spell it right (I forgive them if they did it before the G came out... no one knew what Infiniti was back then).

Thats why I said he should take it to GTM....$250 and they will check the entire car out...and I am sure if there is a problem ...they will find it

So what if GTM is 2 hours away Forged Performance is 12 hours away from me..and thats who works on my car...

Well this dealer seems to be doing better then that, the G35 is getting repairs done right now to the rack n pinion. And the dealer doesn't let anyone just go for a test drive, he said I would have to pass a credit check first or show that I could buy the car cash.(I know this doesn't mean that no one has driven it hard but it has to have helped a bit)

SDGeneral- My personal car is there at GTM and I have had no issues with them for 2 years. Like you said in your post don't listen to anyone on here unless they have their car there.....well I do and I think it's a great idea to have them check it out if it only costs 250ish.

Never let a dealer run your credit just to take a test drive...please dont do that. Thats a way for them to corner you into buying the car...because they know it lowers your score everytime they run it. I test drive high end cars all the time with out haveing to do that.....even get to keep the car over night....copy of drivers license and insurance is all you have to give them
