good luck. you'll be the 1st on a nissan tranny to do that I bet. Pretty much any of the 800+ autos are on a t400 or something tranny.

the OP has an automatic, and isnt sgp the shop that has that 100 page sticky about how they are scammers?

either way, a very expensive goal if you arent using nitrous.

SPG did a great job on my VB.. rushed it with free over night shipping for me. That'd be too bad.

Yes I'm all ready running medium comp slicks- I'd like to think I can do it with some susp mods, slicks and a fully built tranny at around 600-650rwhp. We'll see what I put down with the built motor and fuel system today though. I'll have a dyno sheet this afternoon. (baring everything goes well)

I'm guessing 600-650 is not on pump gas

432HP max.. Mustang dyno

425hp when all the tuning was really done.

A huge thanks to ROGER @ JAPTRIX for spending 4+ hours tearing apart my fuel pump to figure out what was wrong. Left the shop about 15 minutes ago.. Wish it wasn't raining-- this thing is STUPID FAST.

Of course, but this is a fantastic break through. I thought 420hp was a pipe dream- but making 432 was crazy. I flipped when I finally broke 400. Even though it was with a broken fuel pump lol

honestly 420 hp on a built motor with greddy twins?

did you stop at 10 psi or so bc of the tranny?

i guess stock block power is a good starting point. crank that boost to 19 psi and give it a go!

Yes, I stopped because of the tranny. The tranny REALLY doesn't like all this power.. I think my 4th gear is gone.. If I shift hard into 4th (down from 5th or up from 3rd) it like drops out of gear and just sputters at me.
But if i turn the car off and on again twice and about 30 seconds of waiting... it's fine.
It will never be perfect lol.
But 430rwhp is crraazy fun.

430rwhp on a 5at, on a mustang dyno is not stock block power. I'm SHOCKED my tranny isn't slipping with all this.
