i was jsut wondering, is it possible to have a BOV on super charger, and if yes how does that work?

the Vortech and ATI kits come with BOV .when you go WOT it closes and starts building boost...when you let off the gas...it opens and let the preasure out

yes you must have a BOV. as said above, when the throttle plate closes, that boosted pressure must go somewhere, ergo the BOV.

 

what does 'ergo' mean?

 

It means the same as "therefore".

 

I have heard that the BOV's that come on the superchargers for the g arent really loud and dont sound the same as most. (i heard this in a good way). You can hear it vent, but i dont think its the high pitched gush of air coming out of a small opening sound.... correct me if im wrong vortech owners
