No....The top hole is 31/2 by 9 inches bottom is 31/2 by 11 With 1 inches between the two . The top of the top hole is even with the tow bar hole that is already there . I made my own template out of paper . The plastic bumper is very thin . And I cut it with one of thoughs rotory cutters . There is a hard foam behind it , that will have to be cut out also.Just make sure your templates are level before you trace them . Just dont go any higher than the tow bar hole

probably not...I'll see how the kit performs without doing it and we'll go from there...but Boogs car still looks sweet.
