Calling all Vortech Owners

I'm interested in running vortech and I have an idea on what I need such as fuel pump, injector, gauges, ecu flash and the actual supercharger kit , what else would I need besides headers/exhaust? anything that is a must for the SC install?

Re: Calling all Vortech Owners

If you are buying the kit...you will not need a fuel pump or injectors , unless you are up grading .You also will not need a ECU flash unless you want to up your rev limiter

Couldnt afford it when young...gonna play when Im old

Re: Calling all Vortech Owners

If you are adding injectors and a fuel pump, buy the Vortech "Tuner" kit. You will save a bunch of money. The only other thing you should need is fuel/timing management. Get the splitsecond or even Greddy emanage. If you get the split second FTC, make sure you get it with datalogging capabilities. You may want to use a Crawford plenum for increased air to ALL cylinders. Good luck with the project..
