Thanks guys Im really excited to see this thing come together.
Mike I ended up going with the 96mm Cosworth HR head gaskets. Howard did the HR mod to the block for improved cooling

I think that is the only way Cosworth manufactures the plenum nowadays...too many people getting leaks with the old c/f end caps.

I was not able to order the carbon end caps....then again I didn't look around all that much. Not sure when she will be ready but will keep u posted! In the meantime I'll buy a real camera instead of using my phone haha!
In for #s
Like others said ditch the Osiris for Haltech. That Uprev GT Maf won't support the power that kit is capable of anyway, they max out lower than the old PMAS units.
Goodluck, Let me know if I can help with anything!

Thanks for the feedback! When I spoke to Shawn at Church Automotive. We talked about my goals for the car being 550-600rwhp and being as street friendly as possible. So I'm hoping I'll be ok with my current set up. If I ever decide I need more power then some upgrades will def be in order!

Sounds like a solid build, I didn't see anything about the size of the fuel pump and injectors I am not sure what APS comes with 600whp should be easy with your set up and especially on Churches dyno. If your fuel system is capable 700whp on race gas should be easily attainable with your current parts list.

From what i've been told that GT MAF maxes at 600rwhp, so just beware. And as far as streetability, keep in mind a Haltech is just as (if not more) streetable as Uprev/Osiris with the right tuner, while being much safer. (coming from a guy that runs Osiris on his 633rwhp G
)

Honestly I won't be the least bit disappointed if we only get 550rwhp as long as the car is running reliably and non of the components are being pushed to the limit/stressed. I guess my comment about street-ability was more about the selection of cams than choice of engine management.Sounds like a solid build, I didn't see anything about the size of the fuel pump and injectors I am not sure what APS comes with 600whp should be easy with your set up and especially on Churches dyno.
