Hills Garage ~500 WHP out of a Vortech with ease

Thought i'd post my latest dyno numbers up and give a big THANKS to Frank Hill from Hills Garage in MD and Frank Smith from TuningTech FS in MD. Frank Hill put on some Momentum headers and fixed a few issues with the car, then Frank Smith worked his tuning magic and pulled 504WHP out of my factory internal VQ on the very first pull. The 500hp pull was without any timing modification and without perfecting the fuel maps, and we feel we could have pulled 520 easily if the motor was built. We ended up bringing the rev limit down a bit and playing with timing to bring the torque numbers down to a safe level for the VQ. Previous tune was 420WHP, left yesterday with 490HP and 397TQ at ~11 PSI. I can't say enough about Frank and Frank2, well worth the trip and sitting in DC traffic wanting to blow my brains out.

Mod list is...
Vortech V3 tuner kit
2.87 GTM Pulley/Gates racing belt
Upgraded Intercooler
CJM stage 2 return kit
Bosch 650CC injectors
Uprev GT MAF
Custom cold air setup for the Vortech
MREV Manifold+1/2 inch spacer
Momentum Headers
Gutted Berks cats
Invidia exhaust

It is def a whole different beast with the extra power and the boost coming in so much sooner with the new pulley.

I'm at 340whp...I would turn it above 400 if I could w/o build, coil overs, brakes, fly/clutch, oil cooler & more, personally. Good #s.
