Vortech jack shaft bearings on '03 g35 quest

apparently I've overtightened either the serpentine or the cog belt as my jackshaft bearings are "whirring" like crazy.

I've removed the housing/assembly and removed the shaft/bearings.
one spins fine (serpentine side) and the other is rough. Vortech made a huge deal on how the bearings are heated to put them on the shaft etc.
this will cost me over $350., and a 3 week wait, to get the whole assembly from them.
since this is a common problem... im also sourcing other suppliers for the bearings in the Toronto GTA area.

if anyone has gone through this exercise please post
manufacturer and part number.

my machine shop guru will find more than one way to install the bearings on the shaft.

btw removing the jackshaft assembly took a whole 10 min.

How did you get your jackshaft assembly off? I got the bolt off the jackshaft on the cog side and know the trick to get the bolt off the serpentine belt side but how the hell do you get the the Allen bolts????
