High boost pulley

Hi all, Does anyone know or can help me measure the size of the Stillen High Boost pulley if u have it for your Stillen stage 4 SC..03 to 06 VQ35DE
I recently asked Stillen but my rep said they dony make it anymore..The gold pulley in the pic for ref:
I dont have the gold one but my silver one is 56mm..Dont know what size the Stillen high boost pulley was.
I can custom make one here..My mechanic said its best not to go too small..About a 53 or 54 as the stillen wouldnt take so much more boost..Does 53mm sound about right? Any help would be great..tks all

Just keep in mind a higher boost pulley also means higher intake temp, I've actually seen the scenario where people have pushed the threshold of what the S/C was capable of and it was a zero net gain due to the much higher intake temps. No clue if this applies to the Stillen S/C but it's worth investigating.

You should call Stillen to verify but I think they color coded their pulleys, I think it was BLACK - Stage1, GOLD - Stage2, RED - Stage3, BLUE - Stage4.

I'm sure any of the stillen vendors that used to stock the kit would know as well, try THMotorsports if you have a hard time emailing Stillen.

Did you ever find out the size? I have the same problem, gold pulley, I have all stage 4 parts but only pushing 5 lbs of boost. Stillen saying gold is stage 4 but I've read the charger rpm and worked out the math...the rpm works out to 5 lbs and thats what I'm reading. Its not spinning fast enough. Anyone know where to source a pulley as stillen is not helpful.

What source did you use to verify gold is stage 4, when I posted my last comment about the color codes that was from an email directly from a vendor that used to carry the Stillen SC and they told me gold was stage 2 which would be in line with your 5psi.

It was Stillen customer service. Is blue stage 4?

03 g35 Mt coupe. Stage 4 stillen roots supercharger.
Hey mate. I have the stillen too and put on a ati over size crank pully by 25mm. I'm getting 5psi at 2000rpm and a peak of 8psi over 4000rpm.. This has transformed the power and is still just within the limits of the roots supercharger.
