Ok thanks for that damen, APS has no plans for this, if we had our own shop in the US then that may be different and we might consider going this path.

Cool, I'm sure you will be stoked with the power and torque delivery of the APS intercooled Twin Turbo system.

I'd just love to get a neat twin plate clutch and a bigger front bumper on the G35 and get down to the race track.

I reckon the APS Intercooled Twin Turbo G35 would surprise many a high performance car on the race track, this would be a real hoot.

94 octane is regularly available and 93 even more.

Cheers, Ted

I don't have pricing yet though it won't be much additional cost than the APS 350 Z intercooled Twin Turbo System, there will be a small box of supplementary parts supplied to upgrade the 350Z Twin Turbo system for the G35 coupe, hope you follow what I mean here.

Yes, APS Tech staff tested the APS intercooled twin turbo system with an APS designed True Dual cat back exhaust system, APS have not yet tested with stock G35 exhaust system though APS techs will be testing the stock exhaust system over the coming week.

Thanks

Well great to know, with 93 or better octane fuel the engine will produce awesome and very consistent power and torque.

Thanks

Good question and I don't have an accurate answer right now.

I believe there's a high possibility that the APS intercooled Twin Turbo system will fit up on the sedan though I'm going to have to wait until one of our more experienced US based APS dealers checks this out thoroughly (as APS does not have a G35 sedan in Oz), most likely Tuan from GRD in Chicago.

I will let you know as soon as I have any firm information pertaining to the G35 sedan though I suspect this will be in a few months time.

Thanks

Peter

Peter,

Would you recommend GT Motorsports in Rancho Cucamonga (Southern California) for an install? They are listed as a dealer on your website. They have installed sebveral of the APS TT on the 350Z.

The APS Twin Turbo system wil need to be checked on the G35 sedan, this work will most likely be carried out in the US.

On the auto issue I'm sure that the auto trans will need an upgrade to firm up the gear shifts (more line pressure I Suspect).

There are a number of guys in the states who can provide auto trans upgrade solutions I know that the Guys from SGP in Houston (Mark and Kyle) do a lot of auto trans wotk on the G35 and 350Z, would be worthwhile chatting to these guys if you have an auto trans.

Thanks

Near completion now, we tested many plenum designs before APS engineering staff would sign off the project, with some luck the plenum is around 2 months away from despatch to the US.

These guys have a really nice shop and from what I know also have very experienced shop staff.

My only concern is they use a dyno jet dyno and I much prefer to see any tuning/mapping work performed on a true load based dyno, that said if the car does not need any tuning (the car uses the stock tuning map supplied by APS) then this should not be a concern.

If the car does needs tuning work (for any reason like lower comp ratio, bigger cams, etc, etc) then I would prefer to have brainstorm performance do the tuning work as they have a true load based dynamometer.

Thanks

Peter

a handfull of turbo kits can do just that.for me to see which kit is the better kit,i need to see what hp it can put down at what boost level, what octain it running and does the car has any other mods.if you can provide all those infos, that would be great.thanks
