Same here... first, I was just going to do the typical bolt-on engine mods (done) and a few suspension items (done); then I was just going to do a few body mods (done) and then wheels/tires (done)...

Now I need to go faster!

I've been on and off the phone with SGP for the last few months trying to decide what I can get away with without having to build the motor - all I want is 380whp/380tq I'm probably going to wait until I can afford the APS kit, because it's about as plug and play as it gets... I don't know...

Well after reading all this and everything else on this site, Id have to say Im screwed! I am a customizing / mod-a-holic, have been for 20 years! Now that ive been on this site awhile, ive got the car so customized on paper, and in my head, that its killing me that I have to wait to get the car. Stupid wedding, what the hell was i thinking? But I have to say that this is a very cool site with boat loads of information! I want to break my old record for customizing. I had a truck 21 days and it was bagged and rollin 20s. My soon to be with thinks im insane, I just tell her its a disease. Thats my words.. Later..

 

best dyno was 380rwhp on a dynojet. Not enough....I plan on tuning the greddy tt to about 425rwhp on stock motor and after the rebuild retune for 600-650rwhp.

You know,now that there are more kits in the US you're gettin a killer deal.The kits used to be priced higher.So don't think of it as you're losin $2000,you're just payin regular price
All these TTs & I cant afford both a rebuild and TT kit,Damn.
Oh well,I'll just have to build the engine and up the n2o to keep up.
Let us know when you take the plunge,I'd like to see how nice your TTs are.hehehe

 

i really dont think its possible to hit 425rwhp with the greddy kit... i think you can only run a max of 7lbs of boost w/ that kit on stock internals.. but good luck!

 

i am the mod oholic .. i took a job in Iraq so i could get a g35 and mod the hell out of it.. everything in my signature is already purchased and i dont even have the car yet.. its still at the dealer getting ready to be shipped to my house.. I am still in iraq.. lol i think i need help..

 

ohh and i too am waiting on the aps kit.
