Angry 1 more day

Ok so the wheels are back and on the car. The shop test drove the car and everything seems fine except for the CEL light and and on warm starts the car does not start immediately. I have seen several posts about the latter. I believe I read it is because the car is running rich, which mine is. The shop is going to align the car and I should get it back tomorrow afternoon. Here are some pics of my wheels on the car.

It's so black. Hey you need to stick a red LED in the front middle of the hood.

The car came home from the hostipal tonight. Per the Dr's orders I have take it easy on her for 1000 miles. I should have her back in the shop by next Wednesday. After she is safely tuned, I will drive her up next Sunday to Sharif and CPrace so they can finish her off.

So far the only thing I am not too thrilled about is a clattering noise the clutch makes at idle. It is not obnoxiously loud but you can hear it well. It reminds me of the noise the damn bearing in the vortech would make when the idle would dip below 500 RPM.....kinda embarassing.

Up next:

Emange Ultimate tuned by Sharif/CPrace
PLX R-500 A/F, EGt, & knock Amp
Greddy Catch Can
A good floggin on the drive back to Miami

Does anyone have any ideas for a new engine? My car got ultra screwed in a flood the other day and she sucked in some water, it might need a new engine but I have to check it out. I heard the Q45 V8 engine can fit into the little G coupe but I'm not too sure just yet if I would do that because the fact the I have too many upgrades and I don't know if they'll all fit. If anyone has any ideas @ all then please let me know! If you'd like to email me try crmd37@hotmail.com Thanks guys! I'm trying to get the most out of this little black beast ASAP!!!

This is basically what Top Secret did to get their car. Personally IMHO with the money you'd spend to shoe horn one in, you're better off going with a fully built and force fed VQ35.

Please use the search function.

This is the time for an APS TT without a fully built engine.
