APS ST final 370/395
i took my car to car version so they could install my jic exhaust. around 2 oclock they called and said that they could only get 350whp and 390ft/lbs. of torque. i asked them to try a manual boost controller and they said call them later. to make a long story short, the car dyno'd at 370whp/395ft/lbs. of torque at 8.5 psi. since they don't tune unichip, i"m gonna stop right there. the boost now is stable throughout the powerband. i was comtemplating upping the boost to 9.5 and getting the unichip retuned. i'm trying to get to the 400 club but i don't wanna blow my motor....yet. the 3" inch exhaust did the trick. just wish aps would have let me know in the first place. numbers with the same setup and the fuji exhaust-320whp/360ft.lbs. of torque.
Have you been having trouble with your kit after install? The 320 number sounds abnormally low. Also the Fuji is 3 inch as well, is that JIC one of those straigh thru single muffler types?

the fuji is has a inside diameter of 2.75 inches. and yes, the jic is a single side straight through exhaust with a 3 inch inside diameter. i was boosting to 7 psi at 4000 rpms with the fuji. after 4000 rpms the boost would bleed off to almost 4 psi at redline and was killing my horsepower numbers. once i changed the exhaust, the boost finally stopped bleeding off as much and we set the manual controller to .6 bar which is just under 9 psi. this is on the stock unichip tune with the 93 octane map. there is still room to grow, meaning i could up the boost to 9.5 and get the unichip tuned. hopefully the horsepower will get up to 385-395, which is entirely feasible.
