Is it similar to chrome? They offer FI kits Polished, so what is the difference between chromed and polished metals?

 

Polished is when they sand it down with a fine sand paper and then buff it to a shine. Chromed is bling bling. A lot more shinier.

 

I dont think I have seen a chrome turbo or SC, I would think that with the chrome it would retain way to much heat.

that was a one-off Injen built for my car while fitting the Injen exhaust on it...can't get it anywhere unless you have it built...

I'm looking to replace the hoses I circled with black ones. Could you guys tell me which ones these are?

I don't understand your question, but if you;re referring to the neoprene sleeves that fit at each joint, I couldn't tell you where to buy them...
