My VRT built TT G35
I am new to these message boards and have signed up to post about my car. I LOVE IT!
I have had my car back for a few months now and have put about 8-9 thousand miles on it with all the upgraded parts installed. The guys at VRT, Scott and Mike, and their mechanics and the tuner Mark have done an awesome job on my car. It has a built engine and Jim Wolf Twin turbo kit, cams, clutch, flywheel and intake. It has a VRT custom plenum and Power Trix/VRT coil overs, some Stillen sway bars, and camber adjusters, a monster AP Racing 4 wheel brake kit, 19 inch polished Volk Racing SF Challengers wheels, and a stillen carbon fiber hood.
I couldn't be happier about the way it turned out. IT is SICK!! My car has done well on the dyno as well as some local So. Cal. race tracks. Now that I am getting more of a feel for the power, and the handling of my car I am staying with, or passing anything I have come across out on the track and the street.
Thank you Violent Racing Technology, VRT for transforming my car.
It was well worth the wait.

You can see my car on their website http://www.violentracing.com/ it is the only black G35 on there.......enjoy, I know I am

Nice...how much did it cost you for the whole package? This is the first time I've heard of VRT. Now you got me thinking.
BTW is the JWT Twin Turbo CARB approved already or you'll just gonna have to remove the twin turbo when it's time for smog check? Last time I called JWT, they are not even sure if it will be approved and released by December.

From what I know, the kit is not CARB approved YET, but will be very soon. I am not sure exactly how much it all set me back. I already had the hood because I had a Stillen super charger on it before, which VRT gave me credit for to put twords my new items. I did buy the wheels and tires through them but after everything else was done. It wasn't cheap but it was well worth it.
I am sure they could set you up with something within your budget.

This is one of my favorite cars for the track, street, and show. It does have a great balance of both, looks and performance.

Remember, on this run it was a 96 Degree day and the car was on the heavy 19" wheels (instead of my light 18 inch Volk's), and had all the stock exhaust and cats in place.

i don't know anything whatsoever about dyno graphs, but from what I've read and researched...torque and HP should crossover at 5252 RPM, since calculating HP is simply mathematical formula involving TQ and RPM.
HP = (TQ x RPM)/5252
"The way that torque and horsepower relate to each other means that their lines will always cross at 5252 RPM. HP= TQ x RPM / 5252 TQ= HP x 5252 / RPM If a dyno graph does not follow the correct HP / TQ relationship, or even show the RPM and torque values, the graph is be immediately suspect of tampering"
