I haven't pushed the car over 3,000 rpms since I first got it...even with the supercharger in.

It shouldn't be a problem.

I'm going to keep the car at 3,000 rpms or lower for the next 2,000 miles to break it in with the super charger.
If your car has been tuned by a shop already [ as you say..370whp ] Your motor is already broken in . No need to baby it . The tuner took it WOT to redline many times while he tuned it and that broke it in . Ask your tuner what he thinks or ask some of the guys on these sites that you trust .

He should be safe to run it every now and then, but I would wait a lil longer before doing any long runs such as freway runs at WOT. A few sprints to redline shouldn't hurt.
