well you can but when you buy the stage 3 pulley you have ti give them the serial # off your s/c.but if you were to buy a used pulley thats different.

stage 4 stillen at ontario drag day in Canada

June 24 is the Z 0ntario drag day in Ontario Canada.
My stage 4 Stillen 350Z 5 AT will be there.
Slicks, skinney front tires. Stillen VB, Pro torque converter, headers, intake, stillen dual exhaust 10 lbs of boost 3.53 pumpkin, line lock and a ported M-62 blower. It will run on 100 octane unleaded and the car weight is 3302 with me in it. On stage 3, on street tires with only the blower it runs 13.0 at 3425lb with 307 rwhp. Can not wait to see what it is going to run this time.
At least 12.0. The 1/4 mile calculator says 11.79 as i will be pushing 350 rwhp. Great rwhp #s for a 5 AT. My Z is done to the 9's and we will know see what a full blowen stillen sc will do on a modified drive train with all the mods.
The other turbo Z are all modified and claim ther times on slick and every mod in the book. This should be a good indicator how good the Stillen is when we compare apples to apples . My Z screams on the road and the torque converter made a huge difference. 1st gear is a blur and second goes by in under 5 seconds. I have not got the ECU flashed yet and that will happen latter this summer so I am stuck with the stock rev limiter. I have to shift at 6200 or it will hit the limiter at 6800 when changing gears.
My times will be certified by the Ontario Z club of Canada and i will post them on June 25. I am sick and tired of these guys bashing the stillen sc. The only problem I have is the 4 rib belt only last 18,000 km and has to be replaced. Another issue I have are these guys bad mouthing the stillen Vb. I have no problem in MM mode shifting gear's againts a 6 mt. On street tires my best 60 ft times ar 1.895 on 19 inch rims.
It now hooks up at 3200 on the stall and at 5000 rpm its like having a 100 shot of nitrous. It propells you like if you where shot out of a canon. You should hear this car under a large bridge when floor it and it downshifts. No words describe the scream and high pitched whine of the blower at 8.5 lb of boost on my daily driver set up.
My last comment is for these guys who have 06 350 z and mustag GT's especially the yellow ones and the silver Z's You are not fast and at the track I will obliterate your cars. I will not race the car on the street and only open it up at the track.
I hope my car represents all the Stillen SC and after June 24 the rest of the turbo guys will have more respect for the stillen SC and not trash there products.
Thank for posting this on the G 35 post site as you guys have more stillen SC than the 350 Z site does.

from all the reading ive done about it.seems like the mustang and ford lightning benefit the most.the m62 blower is just barely big enough for this motor and it dosent really help much at all.

so you actually ran a 13.0 at the track with 307whp and 3425 lbs race weight and think losing 123 lbs and gaining 43whp will net you a full second faster? Are you going to be running slicks this time?

I'm not sure how you're arriving at the 1/4 calculator saying you'll run a 11.79 with 350whp and 3302 lbs cause when I plug those numbers into it (http://robrobinette.com/et.htm) it says 12.3 - which assumes you have pretty good traction for your power.

1/4 mile times

I did not have slick at that time and i ran it at I-41 speedway with the g 35 guys . My tires were 275/35/19 toyo's The only mods on the car were the SC, 3.53 gears and the VB. With all the new toys the difference in the car is night and day. It ran lean on 92 octane gas but had great 60 ft. times. When i swithed to 100 octane my 60ft times went up to 2.039 but my times dropped from 13.18 to 13.0. The top end charge was unbelivable, but i lost my 1.896 60 ft times as i just spun the tires in first gear. At the present time i can spin the tires through first and not hook up till 5000 in second. This is with the stock blower and the new torque converter (8.5 lbs of boost) I have a problem with the 10 lb pulley, I need to find a 28.0 or 27.8 inch 6 rib belt as the stock stillen 28.8 is way to big and the belts almost touch each other when you ajust the tensoner. Here are my times with the SC
stage 2, 6 psi 272 rwhp 13.84 on stock tires
stage 3. 7 psi 284 rwhp 13.48 on toyos 19
stage 4, 8.5 300 rwhp 13.0 on toyos 19

These are my actual dyno #'s comprared to othe dyno's his dyno reads the lowest on rwhp. My #'s are way lower than the stillen #'s post by stillen.
It is possible that my car make more power than the dyno reads. My stage 4 was only the pulley change with no pump upgrade or injecter up grade or a new piggy back box. My ECU has run rich from day one when i bought the car and nissan does not now why it does this. All i can say is that my bottom end acceleration is incredable and when i am in second gear the car goes like mad. Now for the bad part of my car. If i am on the highway at 100km and i floor it i get passed by most performance cars as my car will not downshift or the engine revs a lot before it drops a gear. But from a standing start the Z has a whole diffrent personality and is faster than most other cars. It is down right nasty and like i said in 2nd gear i fly past most cars.
At the track i have dragged cars that have had a lot more power than me and i beat them all the time on 19 inch tires.
I have to learn how to drive the car on slicks and my next mod will be drag shocks from extremme moter sports.
Very happy with my stillen SC. There are many Z faster than mine as there is one coming( Twin turbo that make 425rwhp on a bad tune and is rumored to make 475 now).
He should blow me away!
Any body know where i can get a smaller belt ?
Please PM me.
thank.
