GTR update
gt-r
if you guys think that they will offer a gt-r for 110,000.00 that would be the dumbest thing you ever bought into. I can take a brand new g35, put a twin turbo in it and redo the braking suspension and the whole 9 for about 55-60k. I bet that it will be a much faster car then the gt-r also. And to offer the gt-r in only one dealership would be the biggest business mistake infiniti would ever make. I think that the gt-r is going to be around 50-60 max. just like the m3 babies. listen up when daddy is taking!

Now that being said, the dealership across the US will put a $100-$110,000.00 price tag on it due to the limited availability. Also there presently one dealership in California that is attempting to purchase the majority of cars (500). Just what I heard, take it with a grain of salt, time will tell.

I think spending $55-60k worth of upgrades on the G35 is just as stupid buying a $110,000 GT-R.
The G35 is just not engineered to be that fast. No offense.
I can buy a used 911 Turbo for $70k and still smoke your "whole 9 yard" G35.

^even if you include the car in the $60k budget it's still stupid.
And wtf did that "you wish" mean? Did it mean "you wish" 911 turbo will smoke the G35 (which is like DUH?) or "you wish" you can afford one? (which is another DUH?)
You just don't have a fvcking clue.

you wish means a 911 turbo would never smoke a g35 coupe 6mt with twin turbo of the line. Thats what you wish means! and how do you know what I can afford? You dont anything about me. I dont like it when people assume ****. They just make an *** out of themselves. and yes a twin turbo g35 is faster, just ask anyone on this forum, DUH!
Really? A Twin-turbo G35 runs 0-60 faster than 3.4 seconds? Wow, thats news to me seeing as how the 997T does it in 3.4 w/ the auto(tiptronic) and the VRT G35 that produces 596bhp and 499torque only does it in 4.1. Most TT'd G's aren't peforming as well as the VRT G. So no, a G35 Coupe 6MT TT would not "smoke" a 911 Turbo in a straight line.
I am an owner of a G35 Coupe, and I will tell you no amount of mod you put in this car can smoke a 997TT. Now, if you put insane amount of money and turn this a 1,000 hp monster, that's a different story. But I don't think this car is engineered to accommodate that kind of power plant, not to mention it makes no sense whatsoever.
I find something very ironic about some G owners. They have this notion about this car is some God's gift, and I find out most of those guys are recent graduates from mod out Honda and Maxima ricers. Yes, guess from that point of view, the G is a huge step up. Frankly, there are many cars out there can out perform our G. It is what it is.

^thanks for posting back and apologizing. I think it would be hard for anyone that is or knows someone who is handicapped not to be offended by this kind of post. Think of your cousin if that helps.
Good luck with med school.
