Now, lets see, if an elderly couple came in and purchased the sedan and was sold the lesser of the hp models because it was cheaper, and then the enthusiasts like ourselves came in and purchased the cars with more power at the advertised price, then all I see is this helping sell more cars. Well then there would be an issue when a dealer buys a vehicle from the manufacturer. The invoice price would vary causing yet another headache along the line.
The fact is testing an amp and testing a vehicle would have a significant time difference. This time difference would translate into having the manufacturer paying more to employees. I would assume that this would increase the price of the product for the extra effort of an employee(s).
